I’ve been offered, and have accepted, a position to be the Director of Interactive Media for 30sixty Advertising + Design. 30sixty is a full service agency that has focused primarily on entertainment clients, specifically Key Art and DVD packaging. I will be helping them develop their interactive department which entails managing a creative team to produce websites, microsites, and banner-ads.

I’m very excited about this opportunity, everyone I’ve met at the studio has been absolutely fantastic. While I’m sad that Rein Media, the company that I started and have been running for many years, and I will be parting ways, I’m excited for what the future holds. It’s definitely bitter-sweet feeling.

As I embark on this new chapter in my professional life, I will make sure to keep all of you cyber-voyeurs updated. I would also like to thank my friends and family for their love and support, helping me reach an important milestone in my life.

But for good reason. I know I’ve neglected my blogging duties over the last two weeks, but there have been some major developments recently in my professional life. Check back Monday for details.

This is a picture taken at my house around 1pm.  Not only was my car covered in a couple inches of ash, the sky was blanketed with smoke.  This isn’t marine layer people.

The interesting thing is we visited my Brother-in-law at his house in La Crescenta, which is very close to the Sylmar fire, and it was clear as could be.  I’ve been praying for all those people who lost their homes this week, it’s a terrible tragedy.
