DMB's New Site
It’s pretty nice. They built it on the Drupal framework and have some cool features like a custom scroll bar and Flash background. You would think with all the time and money they spent on the site they could come up with a custom favicon and not use the default one that comes with Drupal.

The really funny thing is that they don’t have a contact page or any way to get a hold of people on the site, so all I can do is blog about it!
DMB SD
DMB last night in San Diego. I went down with my buddy Jeremy and sat in the 2nd row. It was a great show, still a little weird without Roi. Here’s a pic from the show.

Goodbye Roi.
Dave Matthews Band has had a profound impact on my life. It was really the musical styling of the band that lead to my development as a musician. I have seen them perform over 70 times. I know it seems like a lot, but I’ve never heard the same set list twice.
Yesterday, one of the founding members of DMB, LeRoi Moore, passed away due to complications from an ATV accident he had earlier this year. Roi, as he was called, was so important to the overall sound that was DMB. I’m not sure what the future holds for DMB, but I know you can’t replace a LeRoi.

My Wife and I were at the DMB concert last night at Staples Center when the news started to spread right before Dave and the gang went on. They opened up with Bartender and after they finished the song, Dave made the announcement. ”Our good friend LeRoi Moore passed away, he gave up his ghost to heaven and we will miss him always”.
Here’s a picture I took from last nights show. I thought they boys played a great tribute concert to their friend Roi. R.I.P.
