The User Experience at 36,000 Feet
I’m not completely sold on Windows 8 but I do think this is a very interesting case study for improving the user experience for not only cabin crews but also passengers as well. I would be curious to see the amount of data provided to the crews, but I think this is definitely a step in the right direction for the airline industry. The only bummer is that they will have to be off from taxi through 10,000 feet.
