I remember seeing this company profiled on various CSS galleries and award sites for the various websites they’ve done.  I was quite enamored with their site the first time I stumbled on it, and even more-so now that I discovered they had an Art Director opening.

Take a minute and look at the career section of their site.  They list the qualifications of an ideal candidate as:

1.  Have a big heart to match that big brain

2.  Care deeply about producing the highest quality work.

3. Want to be on projects that redefine your industry.

4. Respect the design process and know when to ignore it.

5. Are approximately 10° off-center.

6. Think it’s cool to ship on time.

7. Play well with others.

Is that me or what?  Except for maybe the 10° off-center, I’m more like 12°.
